BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Bright golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, woody, alittle funk. Taste is apple, fruity, sweetish, some mucky funk and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, apple core, light mucky funky notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty decent.
