Bottle from Copper Street Brewery, Dorchester. Pours almost clear gold with translucent bubbles. Aroma: fruity apple, caramel, straw, light floral. Taste medium sweet & light bitter, some tartness, low tannins, towards dry on the palate. Medium body with low carbonation. Nice fruity cider

4/3/2023. From BIAB at the 46th Loughborough Beer Festival. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is green, apple core, straw, flowers. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Partizan Tavern. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, alittle funk. Taste is apple, fruity, fleshy, yeasty, straw, with tangy tannins Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable
