BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Hazy golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity pear. Taste is papery pear, fleshy fruity, nutty, some mellow pulpy notes and biscuity hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. OK
