Almost clear golden blonde with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is tangy apples, light funk, hedgerow.
Taste comprises straw, apple pulp, caramel, tannins, light acidic tickle.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
Not bad.

BIAB at CAMRA Winter Ales Festival 2023, Burton on Trent. Pours light hazed yellow gold with no head. Aroma: fruity apple, sweet apple. Taste: moderate sweet, fruity apple, light acidity, low tannins. Medium body with no carbonation.

Taster from BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity with alittle acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK
