Growler from LCB. Pours a mostly clear gold with no head. A fairly fruity apple pulp aroma, skins, light funk and an almost dusty light spice. Taste has a nice fleshy apple and then a moderate sweet tang finishing with a semi drying light funk, wood and apple peel. Smooth mouthfeel with subtle carbonation. Very nice.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, pulpy. Taste is sweetish, juicy, apple, some woody funk, tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable
