500ml bottle. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, mellow funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, fruity, musty, some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from a beer shop in Buxton. Light mist to a pale golden yellow pour. Nice characterful apple fruit coming through on the nose, some mild spiky moments to taste with a pleasantly sweet, fleshy apple character to taste, mild acidity. Not bad.

Bladder bag at the The Three Stags Head, Wardlow Mires, 17/09/20. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a white cap. Nose is funky apple, orchard wood, grass, apple pulp. The funky aspect mellows in the flavour profile with orchard wood, tangy apple, tannins and straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent.
