Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of cooked rhubarb, sweet green apple, sugar and citrus. Taste is both sweet and sharp with both the apple and rhubarb coming through. Nice flavour combination. Enjoyed it.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of rhubarb, fleshy apple. Taste is sweet, rhubarb, some tart fleshy apple, with woody, floral and vegetal hints. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, finish is sweet & tart. Quite drinkable

25/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, sugary stewed rhubarb, earthy edge. Moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Nice tangy rhubarb tart finish, with a light sweet edge. Subtle sweetness, nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 23/09/21. Very lightly hazed pale milky yellow with a limited head. Nose is apple peel, light sugars, hint of farmyard, damp straw. Taste comprises sharp apple, light acidity, rhubarb leaf, modest funk, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a tangy edge. Not bad.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear petrol coloured pour with a small ring of white head. Aroma is woody earthy apple, white sugars, bark, some alcohol, pear. Flavour is composed of super tart rhubarb / canned pineapple, prickly funk, little sour, prickly pear, woody rhubarb. Palate is sweet and sour, prickly, highish carbonation, tangy finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden with bubble head. Aroma is fresh rhubarb, bit dirt, apples, some underlying tartness to the nose. Taste has that carbonation to it, apple, tannins, rhubarb, bitterness, drying in the finish.
