Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of musty apple, caramel, earthy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, some spice hints, mellow with a syrupy note. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

26/8/2021. From BIAB at the 2021 East Anglian Beer Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is musty, apple, citrus, caramel, touch of spice. Moderate sweetness and moderate sour. Medium body, slightly oily texture, low to average carbonation. Dry, tart finish. Decent drop.
