750 ml clear bottle, as (Ross on Wye) The Pear Butt The Perry Butt Blend 2019-2020, Wild Ferment. Kindly shared by Holmen2. Pale golden colour. Aroma and flavour of perry pears, medium dry, still with a little residual sweetness.

Bottle shared with Sigmund at Knights Tower 22.09.22. Clear pale golden. Some white head. Inviting aroma and crisp taste of pears, flowers, green tea and cider apples. Dry and slightly astringent mouthfeel. Excellent.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of fruity, pear, elderflower. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, floral fruity, and tart, citric acidic, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry citric tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
