When we were trying to name our Cidery we had some help from friends and family. Eventually, Two Shires was born and it was down to our friend Mr Butler. It's only fair he gets some kudos!

Made from a blend of locally collected and Herefordshire apples. This 100% apple blend gives a rich apple flavour with a dry aftertaste.

500ml bottle from Sommar taproom, Birmingham centre. Clear gold pour. Super dry, twiggy bitterness, very gentle tannins but leaves a very dry, almost watery impression.

500ml bottle from Two Shires. Hazy golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of funky apple, mucky hint. Taste is tart, apple, fruity, mucky funk, some acidity and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
