750ml bottle from Strong Water Co. Opened with a loud pop. Pale yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is tart, tangy apple, some skin and core, sweetish, with citric acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
