Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is full of pink lady apple core, pips, peel and very pulpy. Very carbonated on the tongue and a sharp dry finish. Enjoyed it.

10/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale golden with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, flowers, slight twiggy nutty edge. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft and spritzy carbonation. Nice tangy tart finish. Likeable.

500ml bottle from Baristas of Pershore. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fleshy apple, some skin & core. Taste is sweetish, and tart, apple, fleshy, green apple, with some pip and skin, and citric acidity, Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
