Bottle. Clear amber color with no head. Aroma is vanilla, red apples, earthy. Taste is apple skin, vanilla again, but then very mineraly and dry in the back. Sparkly carbonation. Solid dry Cider!

500ml bottle from BeerCraft, Bath. Sparkling, orangey golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of slightly acetic funk and apple. Taste is tangy, apple, leathery funk, woody, orchardy with drying tannins. Medium bodied, high carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
