750ml bottle pour at Cider Salon 2021, Trinity Arts Centre, Bristol, 14Aug2021. Bright golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, plus a slight mucky funk note. Taste is sweetish, ripe apple, fruity, with some leathery funk. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
