Sample courtesy of Grumbo via Ed. Cheers! Aroma is sharp green apple, a bit of vinegar and a hint of funk. The sharp apple comes with on the taste bringing with it some sour notes that dry the mouth. Almost slightly spicy finish as well. Very nice.

Can shipped by the Mansquito. Cheers. Goblet @home. Thin, quick-hitting soda head. Opaque, mellow yellow gold pour. Soft vinegar, bittersharps, onion, bubblegum, sidra-esque. Bittersweet, cooked pineapple, sweet lime juice, pear, sulfites, sweet vinegar, lots of gum. Hot ferment. Decent to good.

355ml can from Aeble Cider Shop. Hazy yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of musty apple, funky, citric. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, musty, citric, with funky notes, woody, lots of acidity and some tannin. Medium bodied, spikey carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
