Sample courtesy of Grumbo via Ed. Cheers! Aroma of apple pie, caramel and brown sugar. Drying taste that turns from sweet apple to sour to slightly funky. Really does leave the mouth dry. Liked this.

23/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, apple pie and vanilla custard, biscuit, caramel, slight woody funky notes. Medium plus sweetness and light to moderate tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet sugary apple finish. Enjoyable.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Pale yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, apple pie, pastry. Taste is sweetish and tart, fleshy apple, citric, with notes of apple pie, some acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Pours a clear pale golden yellow from a bottle. Nice light crisp apple aroma, a little flinty. Dry, with a tannic finish. Could very much imagine it going with black bean soup as recommended. Good cider.
