BIAB Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear deep golden colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of funky apple, woody, some sharpness. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, woody, orchardy funk, tangy with lots of tannin. Medium bodied, low vcarbonation, dry warming tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Polycask at The Orchard Inn, Bristol, 27.01.12 Syrupy gold appearance with a light bubbling across the surface and with good clarity. Touch of eggyness on nose, nice juicy fruitiness, tangy with a little woodiness, its good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
