Sample (Perry Brut - 2019 vintage, thanks fonefan!). Hazy golden colour, no head. Aroma is pears, mild vanilla and some spiciness too. Flavour is pears, some sugar and mild herbal tones. Also quite sugary. Sweet.

[ As Berryland Perry Brut (2019 Vintage) ].
ABV: 6.0-6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, sugary pears, pear - flowers, to me quit simple. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20211012]

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pear, alittle acetic funk, with caramel & spice notes. Taste is sweetish, pear, some funk and tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

16/7/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of the Danish boys. Pours clear bubbly pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of baked pear, caramel, brown sugar, apple pie, hint of cinnamon and clove. Medium plus sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruity light tart finish. Pretty good.

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Clear pale golden, small white head. Nice pear aroma, light funk. Sweet flavour, pear and a little funk. Has a tiny hint of solvent in a quite nice way. Medium dry finish. Nice.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are rich pear, fruits, flowers, apples and has a nice balanced sweet and sour finish.
