Made from 100% handpicked, unsprayed Michelin apples we picked and pressed ourselves. Bottle fermented using only the natural yeasts, this is naturally sparkling (pét nat) and keeved to produce a naturally medium-sweet cider (no sugar or sweetener added). It is an unpasteurised and unfiltered natural cider.

75cl bottle shared with Soph. Hazed orange appearance. Juicy nose. Very dry for a keeved cider, prominent bitter acidity, perhaps a light tang, woody shades.. could be fruitier for a keeved cider.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A clear deep orange coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, brown sugars, leather, apple, light tang, Flavour is composed of semi swet, dry apple pips, fizzy apple, bark chew, to drying finish. Palate is semi sweet, crisp dry finish, Good crisp refreshing interesting cider.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son, 06/11/22. Hazed carrot orange to copper with a good sized off white head that clears edgewards, carbonation evident. Nose is tangy apple, light funk, hedgerow, dusty apple skins, wooded notes. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, cider lolly, hay bale, caramelised apples. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying close. Solid.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, fruity, some funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, fleshy apple, orchardy, drying, earthy, funky and tannic. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable
