A delicate roast helps preserve the flavours of bergamot and nectarine which are complemented by a blend of noble and new world hops and is transformed by the Kveik yeast.
Expect a gentle coffee kick and mild brown sugar sweetness but with bold fruit notes of orange and citrus. The interaction of yeast, hops and coffee make this beer a great alternative to Staring at the TV.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of orange citrus, yeast, coffee note. Taste is malty, with citrus, fruity, tangy, spicy coffee underhint, yeast and some bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry spicy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

21/6/2021. Can shared with SHIG and Dana at the Suffolk Solstice beer share. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, lime, yeast, grass, hint of coffee. Moderate sweetness with some bitterness from the coffee. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Grew on me.
