From bottle at Knights Tower 14.07.22. 8,4 % ABV. Shiny pale straw colour. Complex aroma and taste of bitter cider apples, pear peel, oak and leather. Good. Scaringly quaffable for such a high ABV. Very dry and a bit waterish mouthfeel.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Slightly hazy orange golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of mucky apple, vanilla, wood barrel. Taste is tangy, apple, orangy, lots of vanilla, and wood barrel, formic notes, with drying tannic. Medium bodied, low carbnation, dry tannic finish with lingering vanilla. Nicely drinkable.
