In 2018 we were delighted to make a single variety cider with them using their Katy apples, and this special release is the result!
This is a refreshing, lightly sparkling cider of elegance and finesse! A hint of apple blossom aromatics, leading to a palate of crisp apple with a hint of red berry too. The cider is just off dry, with an almost creamy texture to the finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of sweet apples, white wine alcohol and a slight hint of funk. Nice warmth of alcohol on the taste. Drying finish and gives the impression it has higher alcohol strength than suggested. Very nice.

3/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale bright gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, citrus, berry hint, slight funky mucky notes. Medium sweetness and light bitterness/tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, quite lively carbonation.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, citric, light funk. Taste is fruity apple, fleshy, alittle core, tangy, tropical fruit hints, with white wine notes and some citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry white-wine finish. Nicely drinkable.
