Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of apple and citrus. Taste of apples with a hint of the tropical fruit, but did not get the grapefruit. Lots of apples and aftertaste of apple core. Nice and drinkable.

6/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, wood, lemon peel, grapefruit, marzipan, herbal notes. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice sharp tart finish develops, quince like. Decent.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for July 2021 Manchester Cider Club tasting. Clear orangey gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of gummy apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy fruity, slight caramel note, green wood & medicinal hints, citric acidic, sherberty, with drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Interesting, quite drinkable

Clear bottle from their cider club. Duvel glass @home. Orange amber, smokey bottleneck, very thin hit of head. Rubbing alcohol, charcoal, serious pith & peel, onion, mustard greens. Taste is buttery apples with hits of strong citrus pith, old pineapple, straw & faint oxidation on the finish. Bittersweet, leaning dry. Boozy, slick turning thin, disappointingly low carbonation. Bit of a miss.
