Our driest cider has a vinous quality which lends itself to pairings with cheese, fish or chicken: a lower alcohol alternative wherever a dry white wine might be used. It has a clean taste profile with a long tannic finish which allows the apple flavour to sing through. Serve chilled or at room temperature. 6.5% ABV.

500ml bottle from Crackington Cider. Pours clear golden yellow. Mild fruity aroma. Taste is indeed very still and very dry, mild rubbery cider fruit, gentle tang, lacks bite and a depth of flavour, seems more of a 4 percent cider than 6.5 but there is a natural underlying fruitiness.

500ml bottle from Crackington Cider Co. Orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, light funk. Taste is tangy apple, vanilla, earthy funk, rubber, with some drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish.
