Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Orangey golden amber colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of funky, apple, earthy. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, with funky notes, orchardy, leather, woody, earthy and bittersweet drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Some complexity, very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services farm shop. Pale gold appearance, faint mist. Pleasant nose with farmhouse apple must, natural fruit. Continues to taste, presenting more of a medium dry feel with a solid natural fruit character, with light farmhouse funk and soft tannins. Good stuff.
