Tap at the Sidmouth Jazz Festival 2022. Poured a clear light golden colour with lots of bubbles. The aroma is crushed apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, fresh, acidic, light herbal, sugary palate. Medium to light bodied lively carbonation.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pale gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, apple, citric, tangy, some drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from the wine shop in Lyme Regis, can't remember the name. Pale yellow appearance. Gentle apple skins and citrus aroma. Light, effervescent, gently sweet character with some apple skin notes. Simplistic, OK.
