Bottle shared at cbj beer tasting. Many thanks. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Juicy apple fruit, candy, brown sugars, apple pips. Flavour is composed of, dry pithy apple, chalky, green apple. Palate is super dry, tangy green apple, fizzy green apple, parafin. Tangy. Airy carbonation. Lovely.

750ml bottle from Beer Necessities, Bristol. Pours golden with a dissipating white cap. Aroma: tangy apple, sweet apple, caramel, light funky. Taste: dry, tangy apple, apple skins, funky, earthy, some tannins. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Opened with a loud pop. Bright golden colour, white bubbly foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, caramel & funky hints. Taste is tangy apple, fleshy, orchardy, funky, some barnyard & leather with drying spicy earthy tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
