Clear amber brown with a few bubbles around the edge. Quite a deep apple juice aroma with funk, wood, brown sugars. Earthy in taste with a sweet tangy middle, semi drying close. Medium bodied. Good

Pours fairly clear blonde. Scent is full, natural apples and skins, mild on funk, doesn't seem to dry or sharp. Taste is very drying, harsh, appleskins. Very tannic. No sign of carbonation. Very drying finish.

500ml bottle from Orchard Explorers. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, funky Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, some barnyard funk and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
