Cuckhorn Farm has a row of Foxwhelps in an old orchard that are established & very biennial: this is a single varietal, from those trees. This luminescent red apple is a tart monster with a powerful apple aroma with that hint of strawberry at the end.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of caramel, fruity, fleshy apple, strawberry hints. Taste is sweetish, sour, tart, fleshy apple, citric, caramel hint, strawberry notes, acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, slick dry sour finish. Very drinkable.
