Yarlington Mill is a bittersweet cider apple that falls from the tree when fully ripe. We picked the fallen apples and pressed them, then repeated the picking and pressing process four weeks later so that all apples used were at their maximum ripeness and optimum quality.
A dry, light and refreshing cider that is very moreish. It is fast becoming a favourite!

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Pours clear gold, thin white ring atop. Aroma of comforting orchard apple warmth. Taste is golden sweet, great yarlington mill character coming through, some soft woody echoes, light funk with a gentle tannic finish. Great balance and drinkability.

500m bottle from Orchard Explorer. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, alittle funk and bittersweet, earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
