Draught@CBH2018. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is plum, some dried dark fruits, coffee, mild toasted and chocolaty tones with some mild alcohol as well. Flavour is pretty much like the aroma, but has nutty tones and some fresh tobaccoish tones coming through quite strongly too. Actually very smooth.

BB 24.05.2020. black color, small coffee colored head. smells vanilla, nutmeg, bit fudgy, coffee. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vanilla, nutmeg, coffee, earthy, peppery, bit leathery, some chocolate, marzipan. finishes light to medium roasty bitter with notes of vanilla, spices and earthy notes. very nice one, a bit on the bitter side, but good complexity and nice adjunct flavours, very good one. 7, 4, 8, 3, 17

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, toffee, roasted, coffee, some vanilla, taste is sweet, roasted, vanilla, chocolate, little metallic.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max & Stas. Black, tan foam. Big aroma, coffee, a bit vegetal, dark chocolate, nutmeg, sweet, bitter finish, a bit of alcohol, full-bodied. Very good.

Bottle from the Browarium Web Shop, Poland. Black pour with a tan head. Rich vinous nose of prunes, dark fruits, coffee,sweet tobacco, molasses, toffee, chocolate. Warming flavours of nutty chocolate, coffee, nutmeg, sweet tobacco. Long soothing sweet vinous finish. Lovely stuff, totally up my Straße!

Butelka z datą ważności do 24.05.2020 . Po otwarciu butelki bardzo intensywny aromat czekoladowo-kakaowy z waniliową słodyczą ( pomimo że za bardzo schłodzone, zapomniałem wyciągnąć z lodówki) nic się nachalnie nie wybija, przyjemny aromat. W smaku gorzka czekolada (50%), latte, na finiszu delikatna paloność. Alkohol świetnie ukryty ( gdzie te 10%), niskie wysycenie, gładkie, aksamitne, naprawdę udany imperialny milk stout z dodatkami ( za to lubię DeerBear ilość ciekawych dodatków chyba Golem jeszcze ma taką fantazję i nie boi się eksperymentów które często są udane). W skrócie ciekawe, dobre piwo, ciekawe dodatki, świetny balans w aromacie i smaku. Team słodyczka ale i tak smakuje;) po ogrzaniu jeszcze ciekawiej ale już nie chce mi się pisać. Zdrowie miśki.

8 4 8 3 17Bottle shared at NaPiWek, Poznań. Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, cacao, fudge, vanilla and coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation. A very decent Polish pastry stout!
