Bottle at the Aleway, Axminster, 15/04/22. Clear golden with a decent off white covering as it goes for a cider. Nose is apple pulp, orchard wood, light sugars. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, caramel, orchard wood, light farmyard twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid apple joose.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of funky apple. Taste is sweet, tangy, apple, some orchardy funk, leathery, alittle biscuit and tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
