Box @ Victoria Tap, Manchester. Dark clear amber. Sweetened apple but heavy going given its dense texture.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, some white bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of apple some funk. Taste is fruity, apple, some meaty funk notes, and drying, tart, tannic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
