750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden amber colour, afew shoer-lived bubbles on top and aroma of whisky, vanilla, apple, wood barrel. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, woody, oaky, whisky notes, with some leathery funk, and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
