Bottled. Really deep beetroot red colour with a small pinkish white head. Aroma is sour cherries, some raspberries and mild wooden tones. Flavour is tart and sour wooden and cherry tones with some raspberries and mild metallic tones.

Dark ruby body, with a medium, pink head. Aroma of dark berries, red wine, grapes, stone fruits, some vanilla. Tastes similar. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel. Finishes vinous, medium dry, fruity, complex. Beautiful, rich fruit notes, balanced by an elegant vinous character. Very satisfying, complex stuff! Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

From 0,75l bottle at home. Deep try color, small white head. smells peaches, stone fruits, cinnamon, marzipan, berry notes. lovely lovely smell full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, raspberries, cinnamon, blackberries, stone fruits. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, cinnamon and blackberry notes. Lovely lovely, very nice stuff

--Bottled. -- Deep burgundy colour, small pink head. Tart balsamic cherry aroma. Mildly tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Balsamic cherries and mild oaky tartness. Low bitterness.

Thick pink head, soon gone over almost black purple beer. Superb, super-intense dark fruit nose, with hints of truffle, tannine, as a deep red wine. Again strong red wine, with lots of acids. Flavours of truffles, incense, tannines, musk. Faint hint of lemon backthroat, even malonic. Acidthinning and -burn, very outspoken dry-out effect. Long lasting fruity and aromatic flavours hanging around. Not really very carbonated, but more probably would harm the character of the beer. Mind-blowing beer. There is maybe JUST a tad of overload on the acids, but that is searching for something. To think that this place stopped producing is appaling.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, grapes, peach, cherry, vanilla, wood - barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, peach, grapes, cherry, barrel - vanilla, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20230414]
