bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige media grana evanescente, colore marrone intenso con riflessi mogano, al naso caffè malto tostato nocciola cacao, in bocca è leggermente acidula e frizzantina caffè cioccolato fondente frutta secca, corpo medio, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Clear black beer, big creamy dense beige head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: ooooh, nice! Very malty backbone, caramel notes, nice roasted grains, very rustic and a bit rural, good old school porter aroma, love it! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice, very malty, gentle roast, bit sweet, grains, soft acidity. Aftertaste: very malty, sweet malts, caramel touch, bit hoppy, some milk chocolate, gentle acidity.
