Can at a Hori blind tasting at Hopa. Opaque pinkish pour with white head. Nose is raspberry, coconut, vanilla and lactose, pretty intense. Taste is raspberry, vague strawberry, lots of vanilla and lactose with a touch of coconut. It starts out rather sweet with just a hint of tartness afterwards. Medium to full bodied with soft carbo. It’s a tasty one but the taste and aroma are so intense I’m not quite sure if it’s all natural. If it is, then hats off.

Tap. Almost scarlet colour, cloudy. Aroma: vanilla, berries, strawberries and raspberries, very exotic. Taste: sour, but sweet, lactose, vanilla, raspberries, coconut, specific.

Clear carmine red beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots and lots of vanilla, sweet impression, lactose, fruity, some strawberry jam, sugary impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. TAste: nice acidity, lemon juice, little sweet, lots of vanilla, juicy, lots of raspberry, strawberry jam. Aftertaste: dry, lovely acidity, slightly sweet, raspberry jam, lots of vanilla, bubble gum, good stuff!
