Bottle @ The Hucul Rage, Sønderborg. Pours hazy straw with airy, lacy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and malt, with notes of yeast and touces of coriander. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour, with round, fruity notes and touches of flowers. Estery and malty aftertaste with fruity hints. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Erhöht karbonisierter Antrunk. Süßlich, trockene Kräuternoten. Diese sind im Mittelteil etwas übertrieben, die Süße zu stark. Nett aber übers Ziel hinausgeschossen. 8/9/8/10/8/8

330ml bottle from dnicolaescu. Pours hazy orange-gold with a large white head. Aroma is esters, sweet banana, yeast, perfume. Taste is fruity and spicy, excellently masked alcohol. It’s a Tripel, not a Belgian Strong Ale (correction sent). Still, surely one of the best Belgian-style ales from the CIS. But it’s shame it is so political (and maybe they should add to the label that Ukraine ultimately lost control of the airport after those 242 days).

Dieses Bier heißt übersetzt "Stärke" und ist den jenigen Soldaten gewidmet, welchen den Donecker Flughafen gegen eine übermacht verteitigten, auch wenn er schon in Trümmern lag. Geschmacklich ist es ein fein ausgewogenes Bier mit einer guten Balance zwischen Fruchtigkeit und Malz.

(Kiev 2016) Sampled draft @ Wooly Hops. Waiter believed that they used Barbaris in this one. Dark orange, off-white. Nose is massive soap, sweet soap & lavender, low vanilla & even more hand soap. Taste is very big soap, sugar, hand soap, lavender, extremely sweet, touch banana. Thick creamy body. In theory there is nothing wrong with this one but this is just way too much hand soap & sweetness for me to genuinely like.

pours a hazy yellow with a steady white head and little lacing, some sediment is also present. aroma of spices, sweet fruits. flavour of sweet bread, honey, grass. medium bitter, somewhat tongue-numbing finish. alcohol is well hidden.

BOTTEL 33 CL. Hazy golden, big white head. Weak but pleasant aroma of white bread, fruit and honey, some yeast. The taste feels dry and strong (but the alcohol is well hidden), with enough malts/honey sweetness and fruitiness. Moderate bitter finish of wormwood and aromatic herbs. Smooth and juicy body. Nice one.
