Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

330ml bottle from Õllepood Nr. 2. Pours somewhat creamy hazy white yellow with some white foam on top. Foam even stays there for a bit. Cranberries, some yeast character and some sourish funk in the nose. Most likely the funk is not intended but it's pleasant nevertheless. Tastes tart, some more traditional saison in the back but it has turned kind of sour, so I am getting some tart berry character, nice tart funk and light yeasty bitterness lingering in the finish. Quite refreshing, a bit metallic edge and probably the condition is not as it was meant to be - but definitely something drinkable.

Bottle from Sip. Pours hazy yellow with whiteish head. Aroma is vegetables, fruits, nettle leaf, juniper berries, yeast. Flavor is sweet, sour, vegetables, yeast, citrus, booze, spices, juniper berries. Finish is yeasty and watery. Carbonation is high.
