Draft at the Beer Temple, Hanoi. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, resin, light fruits, big woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, with a fresh, crisp, resin, light metallic, dry woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Very bitter and very refreshing. Not like any other Vietnamese IPA I’ve ever had.

On tap at Standing Bar, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Piney and dry. Good stuff.
