Hazy, pale yellow. Estery, yeasty aroma. Sweet, yeasty flavour with very discrete spicyness. Ok refreshing but otherwise forgettable.

Bottle, 5.0%. OK lemon peel aroma, perhaps also citric hops. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has the bubble gum and general wheat of a German Hefeweizen. It is even sweeter than those, actually, almost sugary. Also has some lemon peel to the flavour but not as much as the aroma. Would have liked less sweetness and more citrus bitterness.

Bottle, trade with CH-303, opened @ The Unholy Trinity Meets Again, Sønderborg. Pours hazy straw with small white head. Dusty and slightly spicy aroma with notes of hops and yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and touches of hops. Grainy and estery aftertaste. Not bad! Thank you, Asbjørn.

0.33l bottle at the brewery. A bit of light spices, orange peel, but not very distinct. Lactic aroma. Smooth sweet taste, hardly any tartness. A bit a below average Wit beer, not too bad. But the malty aromas of the environment might have made it hard to taste something here.

330ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Winterthur. Pours hazy yellow, fresh spicy wit aroma continuing in the taste with some prominent cardamom, coriander and assorted spice rising above an otherwise good wheat character. A refreshing wit.
