Bottle from Drinks of the World. Getting this before it’s gone... Dominated by bubbly carbonation, as all the rest is not very present. Herbal aroma, a bit like green tea, but only hinted at. Refreshing but thin.

Bottled@Pub Winston Festival 2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is dry wood, some citrus, toffee and mild spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, herbal, mild spicy and toffeeish notes with some salty and wooden notes in the finish. Hides the abv quite well.

Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Grassy, herbal aroma, a bit spicy yeasts. Taste reminds me of a Wit, a bit citrusy, a bit spicy, refreshing. Not too special, not too intense. Okay.

Erzbierschof, Bern tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is light grain. Taste is slightly apple. Almost sourish. Not too complex and not really that good.

33 cl bottle @ Ølhus Oslo, BBE 04.12.2015. Rated on 06.03.2015
Aroma has floral tones, butter, minerals, grain and grass. Flavour has somewhat strong floral tones, butter, honey and sweet malt. Also some fruit candy. Bohemian pils meets heller bock.

330ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Winterthur. Pours gold with big foamy head. Pilsner aroma, taste is crisp pils, refreshing, clean, balanced and light. Not a great deal more to say about this and not entirely sure why it’s called ’Pilsner Wine’. Still, a perfectly drinkable afternoon pilsner.

Keg at Tuulensuu. Golden color, medium-sizef white head. Metallic grainy aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Flavor is grainy with typical organic vibe. Waterish. Tastes more like industrial than craft product.

Bouteille 33cl du Grain d’Orge, Crissier. BB 29/01/2014.

Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier; bb 29 Jan 2014
Blond color, hazy, with small head. Light aroma of malt; very light puke, honey. Light malt flavor; less strong than expected (the mouthfeel and body); correct bitterness.
Simple.
