This wheat ale contain 50% raw wheat and 50% barley malt. The raw wheat is locally poduced at the foot of the Jura montains where the brewery stands. The citrusy edge in this beer commes from seville orange peel, and coriander lends a refereshing note to this thirst-quencher. Bottle-conditioned with a belgian blanche yeast, which remains in suspension, hence the slight haze.

Sehr fruchtiges, zitrus-lastiges Blanche. Ein Schaum wie steifgeschlagenes Eiweiss

hazy very pale yellow colour, moderate sized snow white head; aroma of a typical witbier with wel balanced lemon peel, coriander, peppery and wet wheat notes; same applies to taste; good withbier; considerably underrated

Bottle from wombat23. Pours straw colored and hazy with a frothy white head that lingers. Aroma is a mix of banana sweetness and lemon tartness. Taste is a bit sour, defiined mostly by a lingering lemon tartness. Notable hints of spice at the finish. Body is medium with moderate carbonation. Overall quite simple but done well and quite refreshing. A good summer brew. Nice!

Bottle. Nice wit character, but a lot sweeter than usual. Not too much though. Fruity, oranges indeed. Refreshing.

Barbiere, Bern tap: Pours whitish yellow with a white head. Aroma is spicy and lemony. Taste is very wheaty, sweet, and a bit tart with a nice bready finish. I enjoyed this plenty.
