330ml bottle. Heavy, roasty and hoppy with some earthy notes, coffee, chocolate and bitterness. A bit sweet and stingy bitter, not super well balanced but still quite good.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 229 - BB 11.11.2019, from Alko, 20200222) The beer poured black and oily. Its head was tiny and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and pine. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, dark chocolate, pine, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, sweet and bitter. A pleasant burnt brew with sweet notes and well hidden high ABV.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web) My first taste from this beer was in Nov 2019 from brewery tank and it was excellent back then already. Opaque colour, small steady brownish head and some lace. Heavy roasted, coffeish aroma. Full-bodied. Roasted, coffeish, licorice in the flavour. Not too dry, nice maltyness. Robust, excellent, no-nonsense imperial stout.

2020/01:Lots of coffee.smooth, spicy, sweet and dry.tastes like cacao flour in the end.that maybe too much for me.could be more balanced. 2021/06:much better than last time.a bit floury still, but much better balanced.oily and bitter in the end.
