440ml can 1 month past BBE. Light hazy gold beer, thin white head, no retention. Aroma is sour cranberry and herbs. Taste is semi-sweet tart cranberries, sour milk, lemon. Body fairly smooth, mild bitterness in the finish with a tangy fruit. Flavours are not balanced although on their own they are nice. Back to the drawing board on this one.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lactose, cranberries, funk, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, cranberries, lactose, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Can 44 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with next to no head. Odd vanilla-like aroma from the bison grass. Medium body, low in carbonation, only slightly tart. Cranberry I don't get much, but the unusual bison grass is very dominant. However the sour base is a bit sloppy, so the whole beer stands out a little unfocused. 170321
