Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have tonnes of wood and vanilla. It's got a very harsh, vinegary acidity. Too harsh. Throat burner.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, fruity malt, sharp, grapes - green grapes, barrel - vinous, acetone, wett wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity, dried fruit sweet, grapes - green grapes, acetone, wet wood, barrel - vinous. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201003]

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, wet wood, acetone, green grapes. Flavor is light sweet, very sour, malt, wood, acetone, grapes, white wine. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and rather acidic finish. Somewhat over the top sour. 041020

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acid, white wine, malt, hops and has a nice long sour finish.

Bottle @Saxo's. Clear golden, white head. Sour acetone aroma. Heavy acetone flavour. Thank goodness I like acetone, but this is almost over the top. Good stuff for an old glue-sniffer...
