Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior's place. Thanks Max. Clear amber. Stale hops, malt, caramel, candy, sweet, bitter finish, a bit of alcohol.

Appearance: foggy copper colour with a moderate off-white head of good retention. Aroma: caramel malts, rye malts, brown bread, candied citrus fruit, piny notes. Taste: light to medium sweet, medium bitter. Special malts, rye bread, candied citrus, pine. Palate: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: it could have been a basic Russian IPA. Much better with rye.

Tap. Red amber color, almost clear, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, rye, slightly spicy, caramel and fruit, some candied peel and bread. Taste: sweet, caramel, hay, fruit and citrus, a little bread, good hop bitterness with pine.

Draft @ La Fira de Poblenou, Barcelona. Ambrée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez bien marqué par le seigle sans être surfait, le tout sur une petite note de levure, retrouve un bouquet plaisant de houblons dont un bel effet herbacé et effet houblons fermentés. Palais est épais avec une petite pointe épicée du seigle, sur les houblons, je retrouve les grands classiques US dont le Chinook et Amarillo. Petit résineux sur la fin avec un fini agrumes et finement herbacé.
