Bottle at home from the brewery. Pours opaque, deep golden with white head. Nose is lactic sourness, definitive fruit characcter. Taste is citrus zest, that fruity touch again that I guess is gooseberry and a moderately sour lactic touch. Tart, citrusy and somewhat malty finish, light body, average carbo.

Hapu ja tikkrine. Ok.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, Golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, snow-white head. Lactic and fruity aroma, notes of gooseberry, hints of mild sauerkraut, a touch of white grape juice, grape sugar and green wood. Taste is tart, lactic, slightly fruit acidic, minimally sweet fruity, notes of gooseberry, mild sauerkraut, a touch of white grape juice, citrusy overtones of old lemon peel; an additional, salty, mineral touch in the finish. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, minimally cloying, fine and soft, partly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, refreshing, simultaneously smooth and prickly - very nice.

Sour, acidic, some raw green-pinkish gooseberry, yeasty

Bruiskessen. Not so good Al.

Bottle from Beermalade. Has got a definite lactic funk character, med-light intensity. Moderate sourness. Med-light gooseberry presence. Thin body, moderate carbonation. Pretty clean besided these already mentioned things. I like that it has actual lactic fermentation character, tastes pretty natural. Good one.

Bottle from Draft Craft. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Aroma of goosberries, some sweet fruits. Taste, gooseberries, light sournes, oranges. Refreshinh, simply, good.
