Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy ambery brown colour with minor head. Aroma is honey, some wood, mild alcohol with some sweet malty and ryelike tones to it. Flavour is nicely ryelike tones with some honey, alcohol, wood and mild nutty tones. Hides the alcohol rather well, though the honey is on the sweetish side of things.

500ml shared with Ryan, Phill, and Dima on the bank in Ghent. Appearance: brown liquid sh#t Aroma: sweet, some dark fruits, wood character. Taste: same. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 375mL bottle (bb 10/2030). Murky copper brown with small off white head. Boozy sweet raisin, lacks depth and complexity.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours hazy brown with a low head. Aroma is sweet malts with honey. Flavor is sweet malts, honey, alcohol. Good.

37,5 cl.bottle @ hotel room, Riga Aroma has sweet honey tones, alcohol and mild chlorine. Flavour has sweet honey, some alcohol, chlorine and menthol. Something this lacks the polish meads do have. Good anyway.

Took this just because of the score and because I liked the original. Smell- weak malt, weak caramel, alcohol. Foam- medium-thick, sweet, caramel, alcohol, acidic.Head is small, yellow, brown white color. Appearance- generic black bottle cap, bigger than the generic one. The label is simple, classic, yet I can't give it a bonus. From- snifter Taste - Sweet, alcohol, caramel, acidic.Very alcoholic, yet sweet, malty, caramel. To be honest, there is way too much alcohol feel here, still a decent brew. Pushed it a bit to give this score as I like the blue color it has on the label.
