0.33 l bottle from 'Beer Republic', bottled in January 2021. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, gently fruity, moderately herbal aroma of juniper, banana, vanilla and light honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly herbal and a little fruity taste of juniper, banana, vanilla, honey and light sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently herbal finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant beer, albeit a little sweet, with a gentle touch of juniper. Alright!

A brown beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has light breadyness, flowers, also light spicyness of juniper. Taste has maltyness, flowers, hint of juniper. Medium bodied. Not much flavours or feelings of typical Sahti. Pretty nice anyway.

Bottle at home, Nivala. Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aromas and flavors: Grain, Rye, Bread, some juniper... grainy and malty but not any sahti yeast elements.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, dark copper colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and yeasty fruity, minimally spicy aroma, Hefeweizen-like fruitiness, notes of banana, baked banana, a touch of honey, some clove and juniper. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, dry, herbal and slightly spicy, again Hefeweizen-like fruity, hints of banana, baked banana, honey, a touch of clove, juniper, pine needles, subtle rye spiciness. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, somehow a cautiously spiced-up Hefeweizen - pleasing.
